The Innovation in Agriculture & Energy Opportunity Zone (IAEOZ) Summit is an annual national conference launched in 2020 by KDM & Associates, LLC to reshape the future of farming, energy, and rural enterprise across America. Now in its 6th year, the 2025 IAEOZ Summit will be held October 13–15, 2025, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and will be livestreamed globally.
Organized by KDM & Associates, LLC, former operator of the U.S. Commerce Department/Minority Business Development Agency’s Federal Procurement Center (2021–2025), the Summit brings together local Puerto Rican leaders, U.S. Federal officials, and global experts across agriculture, energy, technology, commerce, and capital investment.
The Summit explores the role of small and medium-sized businesses in solving today’s most urgent rural challenges—from energy security and smart farming to sustainable development and government contracting. With Puerto Rico’s unique status as an Opportunity Zone-rich territory, the IAEOZ Summit creates a launchpad for public-private partnerships and inclusive economic transformation.
